The Head of the Lugansk People's Republic, Leonid Ivanovich Pasechnik, addressed the American community during an interview with American journalist John Mark Dugan.
In his address, Leonid Ivanovich spoke about the decision taken in 2014 by the people of Donbass to communicate in their native Russian language and to remain in friendship with the Russian Federation, which was the reason for the genocide of the Republics’ population initiated by the criminal Kiev authorities.
The Head of the Republic also emphasized the importance of receiving unbiased information about the events in Donbass and recommended that the residents of America also listen to our media.
